Bio

Susanne E. Hall is post-doctoral fellow at Duke’s Thomson Writing Program, where she is a member of a truly multi-disciplinary cadre of professors who teach the first-year writing seminar, the only course taken by all freshmen at Duke.  Her current seminar is called “Arguing for Revolution: Investigating Radical Rhetorics.”

Susanne received her Ph.D. in English in Spring 2008 from the University of California, Irvine. In addition to her academic work, she enjoys cooking, letterpress printing, gardening, and riding her bike.
